HOW TO SIGN UP

1. Obtain the SignUpForm from the InfoCounter
   or
   Print the DOC / PDF file out in an A5/A6 size paper.
2. Form your teams consisting of AT LEAST 2 (TWO) DISTRICTS
3. Fill in the Form and submit it to the Box at InfoCounter
4. Submission closes on 1st DECEMBER
5. START TRAINING!!

Note: There are LIMITED slots per sports, so the registration is in FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE basis.

a) Brothers

c) Mixed ( 2 guys and 2 girls)

⇒ Will be held at SSS’s track

4.2KM MINI MARATHON
⇒ 6 boys and 5 girls per team
⇒ First 10 runners run 400m( 1 round the track), the last runner run only half the track (200m)

⇒ ONLY Sisters

Location: SSS soccer field. Only play half a field per match
• No offside
• Goalkeeper can use hands
• ONLY Brothers

CAPTAIN’S BALL
20mins per match 
7 members per team + 3 reserves
⇒ No travelling with the ball, only can take 1 step
⇒ No snatching of ball from opponent,  only can intercept passes
⇒ At least 3 passes before scoring
⇒ COMPULSORY gender ratio4:3.
Meaning can be 4 guys 3 girls or 4 girls and 3 guys. Up to preference of each team

HANDBALL
20mins per match
7 members per team + 3 reserves
⇒ Shoot from anywhere in the court
⇒ Played in the hall
⇒ No snatching of ball from opponent, only can intercept passes
⇒ At least 3 passes before scoring
⇒ No travelling with the ball, maximum 2 steps.
⇒ COMPULSORY gender ratio4:3. 
Meaning can be 4 guys 3 girls or 4 girls and 3 guys. Up to preference of each team

FRISBEE
20mins per match
7 members per team + 3 reserves
⇒ No travelling with Frisbee
⇒ Drop the Frisbee, possession goes to opponent
⇒ Opponent intercept, possession goes to opponent
⇒ Person must cross the line before scoring
⇒ COMPULSORY gender ratio4:3.
