HOW TO SIGN UP Obtain the SignUpForm from the InfoCounterorPrint the DOC / PDF file out in an A5/A6 size paper. Form your teams consisting of AT LEAST 2 (TWO) DISTRICTS Fill in the Form and submit it to the Box at InfoCounter Submission closes on 1st DECEMBER START TRAINING!! Note: There are LIMITED slots per sports, so the registration is in FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE basis.

    Print the DOC / PDF file out in an A5/A6 size paper.
  2. Form your teams consisting of AT LEAST 2 (TWO) DISTRICTS
  3. Fill in the Form and submit it to the Box at InfoCounter
  4. Submission closes on 1st DECEMBER
  5. START TRAINING!!
